Toddler Reunited with Family After Abduction in Stolen Car in West Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A one-year-old toddler is safe and has been reunited with their family after being abducted in a stolen car in West Philadelphia.

Police reported that the child was left unattended in a running vehicle on Lancaster Avenue when the car was stolen with the toddler still inside.

Officers quickly located the vehicle nearby and found the child unharmed.

Medics evaluated the toddler, and thankfully, no injuries were reported.

Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the police.
